Over Under is a subtropical honky tonk where we pride ourselves on local flavor. Our kitchen is open late, the food is great, good spot for a date, Heat in eight. There’s a full bar with a expertly crafted cocktail menu by industry powerhouses (jeje). Located in historic downtown, probably near some construction.

151 E. Flagler St, Downtown Miami. Mon to Thu 5pm to 2am, Fri and Sat 5pm to 3am, Sun 3pm to midnight. Happy hour every day 5 to 7. Kitchen open till midnight.
